Are you an HR professional with experience supporting manufacturing environments? A leading printing manufacturing company in Rochester, NY, is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic support to site leadership and employees. This role focuses on workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance while ensuring a productive and engaged workplace.
Pay : $30-$40 / hour (Based on Experience)
Shift : Monday – Friday, Full-Time
Employment Type : Temporary (with potential for temp-to-hire)
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Partner with site management to provide guidance on staffing, leadership development, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Support workforce planning and succession development strategies.
- Provide coaching and feedback to managers to drive a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Collaborate on HR programs to enhance culture, retention, and employee experience.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues.
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies for high-volume hiring needs.
- Generate and maintain HR reports on staffing trends and initiatives.
