- Assisting the HR team with international hires and transfers, ensuring their smooth adjustment to the U.S. through cultural orientation.
- Collaborating with all levels of management to ensure hiring processes and procedures are followed for relocations.
- Hold a BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HR coordinator or in a relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Possess knowledge of human resources processes and leading practices, along with strong skills in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint). Experience with PeopleSoft, UKG, and other HR systems is preferred.
