n\n Position Overview \n\n
The Human Resources Clerk will provide essential HR support across the Kaua’i Region facilities. Reporting to the Regional Chief Human Resources Officer (RCHRO), this position performs a range of administrative, recordkeeping, and employee leave program functions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements.
n Key Responsibilities \n\n Administrative Services (40%) \n\n \n\t
- Process Employee Transaction Reports (ETR) for appointments, promotions, terminations, and other HR actions.\n\t
- Administer health benefits enrollment and provide advisory support to employees regarding eligibility and program rules.\n\t
- Provide technical and consultative assistance on HR laws, policies, and practices.\n\t
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation, including benefits, safety protocols, and compliance training.\n\t
- Support the Workers’ Compensation and Labor Relations processes as needed.\n
n\n Recordkeeping (25%) \n\n \n\t
