Marketing Coordinator – West Chester, PA
Kelly Services Project Services, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator at one of our Global clients in West Chester, PA. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: West Chester (19380)
Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Duration: six month contract with possible extension
Key Responsibilities:
- HUB- collateral replenishments with vendor partner
- Websites- create new product pages, update specialty and procedure pages
- Content Creation- working with creative vendor to create content and support new and focus products to assist FSO in selling efforts
- Content Routing- Route collateral and selling tools through AMP
- Social Media Digital- Social media posts
- Newsletter- content creation and deployment to salesforce
- PO processing
- Set Deployments- working with sales to identify targets and share spreadsheet with deployment team
- Answering questions from the field- first line of defense for product inquiries
- Assembling and deploying demos to the field.
- Coordinating equipment for regional and local events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related subject
- Preferred 3-5 Years experience in marketing related role
