What’s a typical day as a Project Document Analyst? You’ll be:
- Collaborating with Operations teams to enhance financial and operational performance of projects.
- Updating and maintaining systems of record with accurate, timely information.
- Performing research on contracts to extract required information for data entry into spreadsheets.
- Assisting in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
- Supporting project managers with data analysis and reporting needs.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have High School Diploma or Equivalent and relevant work experience (required). Bachelor’s Degree and relevant work experience preferred.
- Possess intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and moderate proficiency in other MS Office programs (Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
- Are detail-oriented and systematic in your approach to tasks.
