Creating high-quality visuals and designs for digital advertising campaigns, including static images, videos, animations, and organic content
Ensuring designs are aligned with brand guidelines while being optimized for different platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn
Developing a variety of creative concepts to support A / B testing and enhance campaign performance
Collaborating with copywriters and marketing specialists to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals
Revising and refining creatives based on performance insights and feedback from the marketing team
Working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute A / B and multivariate tests for ad designs
Analyzing ad performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven design improvements
Developing variations of ad creatives to test audience preferences and optimize click-through and conversion rates
Staying updated on platform-specific design best practices to ensure optimal ad delivery and performance
Experimenting with new creative approaches to identify innovative ways to engage audiences
Designing and iterating on ad creatives with a focus on driving conversions and maximizing ROI
Collaborating with the UX team to ensure landing page designs align with ad creatives for a seamless user experience
Incorporating feedback from conversion rate optimization (CRO) analyses to refine ad designs
Monitoring trends in ad performance and implementing adjustments to improve conversion rates
Utilizing analytics tools to understand user behavior and inform design decisions
Partnering with digital marketing specialists, content creators, and media buyers to ensure creative designs meet campaign objectives
Working with external agencies or freelancers, as needed, to supplement in-house creative production
Presenting creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs
Contributing to brainstorming sessions and providing innovative ideas for marketing campaigns
Maintaining clear communication with team members to ensure project timelines and expectations are met
Keeping up with the latest trends in digital advertising, design, and technology
Exploring new tools and techniques to enhance creative production processes
Sharing insights and best practices with the team to drive continuous improvement
Acting as a thought leader within the organization on topics related to creative advertising design and performance This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field, master's preferred
Have five or more years of experience in creative design, with a focus on ad production and performance marketing
Are proficient in design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Are familiar with analytics tools like Google Analytics and A / B testing platforms
Have expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva
Have a strong understanding of ad design for performance marketing, including knowledge of platform-specific requirements
Have experience with video editing, animation, and multimedia production
Have knowledge of A / B testing tools and processes, as well as analytics platforms like Google Analytics
Are familiar with conversion optimization principles and user-centric design
Have excellent visual storytelling skills with a strong attention to detail
Can manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Have strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
