Job Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Deltek Costpoint
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Process vendor invoices and payments
- Generate and monitor customer invoices
- Assist with payroll processing
- Maintain general ledger and perform account reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports as needed
