Warranty Analyst

Kelly Services has a Long-Term Contract Assignment with a global automotive company in Franklin, TN.

Job Title: Warranty Analyst

Pay Rate: $28/hr.- $31/hr.

Location: Franklin, TN (Hybrid Role 2 days onsite & 3 days remote)

Duration: Long-Term Contract Assignment, open-ended

Job Functions

• Process audit billings resulting from Warranty audits
• Prepare and distribute Monthly KPI reports
• Analyze warranty and other data to identify anomalous trends in dealer behavior, support development of investigative actions and countermeasure plans
• Author dealer audit and/or training communications such as dealer letters, questionnaires, and other correspondence as required
• Track the Warranty Revie Process (WRP) through all phases including process initiation, results, communications, billing, archival, and reporting
• Support management and other tasks for the department including ad hoc analysis and reporting
• As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative
• Also serves as departmental records retention coordinator

Minimum Qualifications

The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• General understanding of company policies, excellent communication, computer, and analytical skills
• At least 2 years of professional level experience required.
• Automotive experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point as well as other PC applications, Mainframe applications, etc. To produce non-standard, create products
• Willingness to learn new skills and perform tasks outside of defined job scope
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
