We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Compassionate Care Supporter to join our team and play a vital role in supporting eligible cancer patients and their caregivers throughout their treatment journey. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our patient support program, including assisting with patient/caregiver eligibility, enrollment, travel logistics, and reimbursement where appropriate.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in patient support and care navigation to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families while working in a fast-paced, hybrid/remote schedule. The successful candidate will be comfortable with rotating shifts and willing to flex in a dynamic environment with changing patient/caregiver needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide empathetic and compassionate support to patients and their caregivers through phone, email, or online chat interactions
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistical needs to ensure seamless patient care
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of patient-related issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to facilitate collaborative patient care
