Job Summary :
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This position is located in Renton, Washington.
Duties :
- Manage executive calendaring and schedule meetings, update reference guides, and anticipate executive needs
- Maintain distribution lists, oversee the department calendar, and manage all-hands meetings
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, enter and track service tickets, and expedite access requests
- Take notes, create meeting recaps, draft agendas, and prepare and disseminate meeting materials
- Coordinate on-site events, book conference rooms, and arrange catering services
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels
- Send and receive equipment such as computers and monitors, and coordinate with the Service Desk for repairs
- Collect and reconcile Amex expenses in Concur
- Support the finance team by processing SMA purchase orders, invoices, and contract renewals
