Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Marketing Consultant to join their team in Overland Park, Kansas!
Duties:
- Lead end-to-end management of virtual events and webinars, ensuring all timelines and objectives are met
- Oversee virtual event and webinar workstreams and develop tactical plans to achieve established goals
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, Social, Paid Media to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
- Leverage and improve upon established processes, templates, and best practices for virtual event and webinar execution
- Manage the virtual events and webinars calendar and content calendar logistical planning
- Develop content for the event including an outline, PowerPoint presentations and speaking points
- Develop webinar-related social media posts, webpages, emails, and other communication channels
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 6 years of experience in B2B Marketing
- Proven success in managing virtual events and webinars, as well as in-person events
- Experience with On24 or other virtual platform and customer engagement hubs
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
