Our Talent Supply Chain Consultant (TSCC) is accountable for:

• Providing expertise to hiring managers according to our client compliance process for onboarding temporary workers
• Driving overall workforce management while leveraging master procurement technology tools
• Managing client facing interactions to drive consultations and provide guidance on different delivery solutions

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Demonstrated ability to review, shortlist, and schedule interviews for the hiring managers
• Experience with VMS / Beeline technology and processes
• Capability to manage suppliers through excellent communication and customer services skills

Seeking 2 years’ experience in a Recruitment function and role supporting temporary labor hiring.

Base compensation range: $51,000- $68,400.
