Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dining room operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and development to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies as necessary to meet operational needs.
- Implement catering services as required, coordinating with clients for special events.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations within the dining area.
- Assist in menu planning and development in collaboration with the culinary team.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or as an assistant manager in a food service environment.
