What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sushi Chef position at KELP Sushi Joint?

- skilled sushi chef - rolls, nigiri and sashimi.
- ability to beautifully plate sushi is a plus
- must have 2 years experience making sushi
- must work cleanly
- food safety very important
- must have exceptional personal hygiene
- non smoking working place
- lunch shift 10am-4pm
- dinner shift 4pm- close (10 or 11pm) plus clean up time
- looking for all shifts, lunch, dinner, weekends and doubles

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
