JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Manager of Nursing at Kelsey-Sebold Clinic Ambulatory Patient Care Services is responsible to promote compliance, sound patient care delivery for an assigned region using a collaborative approach. This position participates in short- and long-term strategic planning for the clinic and actively promotes the mission of the organization by assuring the achievement of overall quality, service, and performance improvement outcomes. The Senior Manager of Nursing supports achievement of the clinical goals for each clinic and assures that these strategies and tactics are aligned with the goals and priorities of the system. This position is responsible for assuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards of accreditation and for achieving the quality and cost objectives that drive value to patients and the community.

Location: IBC Building Admin
Department: Clinic Admin
Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $124,697 - $154,038 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with a BSN
Preferred: Master’s degree in nursing or related field.
Experience
Required: 10 plus (10 ) years of experience as a registered nurse
7 years of experience in management
Preferred: N/A
License(s)
Required: Licensed to practice nursing in the state of Texas.
Preferred: N/A
Special Skills
Required: Strong working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations.
Preferred: N/A
Other
Required: Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Excellent written and
verbal communication, facilitator, teacher, coach, strategic partner, and process orientation skills.
Preferred: Managed care knowledge.
