This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership to develop marketing initiatives, including branding, sales materials, external communications, promotions, graphic design, and digital/social media strategies. The Director oversees 5-7 marketing professionals, setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Lead Marketing Strategies: Create strategies that drive sales and revenue growth by understanding market opportunities and customer needs, incorporating both OEM (corporate) and dealer-level (pull-through) marketing.
- Create and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Design campaigns to enhance service awareness, adoption, and loyalty across digital, social media, and events.
- Brand Management: Elevate brand visibility through external communications, industry publications, and tradeshows.
- Market Analysis: Adjust strategies based on service performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing Insights teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and inspire a team of 5-7 marketing professionals.
- Creative Development: Oversee the creation of branding materials, sales collateral, and promotional support.
- Innovation: Drive innovative strategies and tools for new services and market expansion.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
- Experience in automotive OEM, heavy-duty trucking, chemical manufacturing, or logistics preferred.
- Proven track record in successful marketing strategies and brand management.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and creative skills.
