Overview:
KEMCO is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales & Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our business. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities and then transitioning into a hands-on role managing and operating those projects with the support of the KEMCO operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and establish new business opportunities across targeted markets
Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and closing
Transition into an operational leadership role for newly acquired projects
Collaborate with the KEMCO operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
Maintain strong client relationships and uphold KEMCO’s standards of service
Provide strategic insight to continually refine business development and operational processes
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, operations, or business development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Experience in managing projects or business units a plus
Ability to travel as needed
Compensation:
Base Salary: $50,000/year
Commission: Earn commission for each new business deal closed
