The Accounts Receivable Assistant performs administrative tasks necessary to support Finance and Purchasing.

The Accounts Receivable Assistant performs administrative tasks necessary to support Finance and Purchasing.
Responsibilities Will Include But are not limited to:
- Invoicing of Service Orders to Clients via email and web portals
- Aiding in Collection efforts of unpaid invoices
- Managing, Categorizing, and Uploading of expenses to Davisware
- Answering of phone and transferring of phone calls if necessary
- Other duties and responsibilities as directed by management
- General understanding and/or experience with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Davisware Global Edge is a plus
- Works well independently and with others
- Strong adherence to deadlines
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
