Kemco of Burlington is growing and we are looking for a Office Admin Coordinator.
As a key member of our team you will be the first impression to our customers, it will be your job to provide a positive and friendly representation of our company.
Responsibilities:
- ELECTRICAL background perferred but not required.
-Answer ELECTRICAL customer calls.
-Knowledge of ESC software is a bonus.
-Get vital information from customer and dispatch to appropriate driver.
-Interact with customers by phone and/or in person to provide information about our services.
-Use reference materials to quickly and accurately determine the best method to assist their needs.
-Work directly with management and accounting department to finalize jobs.
-Enter customer and service information into computer system.
-Create invoices and send to 3rd parties and collections.
-General office duties.
