Position Overview :
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers. You will provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere while maintaining a professional demeanor. You must communicate effectively and multitask efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining security protocols by managing visitor access. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive and direct incoming calls for appropriate departments
Interact with promotion winners while solving challenges
Distribute prizes while politely enforcing company policy
Processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Professional verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with visitors, vendors and other employees.
Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.
Assist with general office maintenance duties and working with vendors.
Assist with various other administrative duties that will support the General Manager and the Promotions department.
Skills and Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED
Office Administrative experience is a plus but not required.
PromoSuite experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Time management skills – Able to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks.
Manage office equipment, such as a multi-line telephone system, printer and fax.
Proficient computer skills, MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Work Hours
This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. No weekends.
