• Service existing accounts and obtain orders from existing/new customers
Customer Service/Sales Representative Duties:
• Contact existing accounts by telephone to obtain orders by referring to previous ordering information and product literature.
• Maintain customer data base and record of customer orders.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related goals.
• Other responsibilities are varied and include, but are not limited to managing appointment calendar, answering incoming telephone calls.
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license w/ clean driving record for past 5 years
• Non-smoker
• Drug and alcohol free
• Loyal
• Computer literacy
• English
• Spanish a plus
• Must take initiative and be self-motivated
• Maturity to handle of range of situations
• Meticulous and thorough, paying close attention to details
• Excellent follow through is essential
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable around a dog
Hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with half an hour for lunch.
Location: West Haven, CT
Salary : $14 - $16
