Ken Ganley Buick GMC is growing fast and hiring a Body Shop Estimator to join our professional collision team in Strongsville, OH. This role involves inspecting damaged vehicles, preparing detailed estimates, and coordinating with insurance companies and technicians to deliver top-tier repair service. Our Body Shop is equipped with advanced technology and staffed by skilled professionals dedicated to restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicle damage and create detailed repair estimates
- Use estimating software to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians
- Negotiate and confirm estimates with insurance companies
- Ensure proper documentation for all work and customer records
- Stay updated on industry standards, repair procedures, and safety guidelines
- Provide an excellent customer service experience from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Prior Estimator or Service Advisor experience preferred
- Automotive dealership, body shop, or insurance adjuster background is a plus
- CDK experience is helpful, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
