The Automotive Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and actively engaging in sales and lead-generation activities. Combining the customer-focused responsibilities of a BDC (Business Development Center) Representative with the sales-driven aspects of an Auto Sales Associate, this role offers the perfect balance of interpersonal engagement, product expertise, and professional growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients quickly.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Actively engage in sales activities, including identifying customer needs, presenting vehicle options, and closing sales.
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Stay knowledgeable about vehicle inventory, promotions, and services.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional outreach to generate leads.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:

Schedule:
