Service BDC Representative

Seeking an experienced Service BDC agent with large volume service department experience that is a self-starter with an upbeat personality who is detail oriented and has excellent phone etiquette.

The ideal candidate is responsible for the following:

• Ensure the Client is the #1 Priority increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional customer experiences with the highest level of customer care.
• Create and foster long lasting relationships with customers.
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication, answer phone calls and emails with a smile.
• Responsible for creating service and sales opportunities for the dealership.
• Scheduling and confirming client appointments.
• Obtain and record information about each client interaction, using Tekion our DMS and Provisions our CRM.
• Obtain and record information about each client interaction, using Tekion our DMS and Provisions our CRM.
• Assist to keep track of calls, prospect data sheets or other records as needed.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for all products and services for Kia while also being knowledgeable about the features and benefits of Kia products.
• Answer incoming calls and inquiries, direct calls to appropriate personnel.
• Assist customers in any aspect of conversation in a pleasant and helpful manner.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Accurately record issues and data into Tekion the Dealer Management System, attention to detail is critical.
• Open to training and leading the technology edge.
• Provide support to service staff and managers as needed.
• Be dependable and punctual.

Qualifications:

· 2 years’ experience as a Service BDC Consultant.

· Previous high volume service department experience a must.

· Tekion experience a plus.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

· Administrative support and/or telephone experience.

· Ability to coordinate and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
