We seek an experienced Senior Product Manager with a robust background in Agile and Scrum methodologies. In this role, you will assume ownership of product strategies, define measurable outcomes to illustrate value, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive execution. The successful candidate will serve as an advocate for Agile best practices, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technological capabilities, and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the development of impactful features and technological enhancements within our Loan Origination System (LOS) platform, ensuring solutions deliver quantifiable value and operational efficiencies.
- Solve complex problems by formulating simple yet effective solutions, leveraging critical thinking and analytical methodologies to maximize impact.
- Develop and communicate compelling product narratives that articulate vision, value propositions, and strategic outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
- Champion Agile and Scrum principles across teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions, optimizing performance and resource allocation.
- Define and implement comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs, prioritizing initiatives based on business and user impact.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs, SMART Goals, OKRs) to effectively measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster collaboration across engineering, design, data, and business teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to drive continuous improvement.
