Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, Dishwashers, any short of House hold appliances
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
- Assemble and install new appliances as required by customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their appliance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Operate company vehicles, including box trucks, for transporting tools and equipment to job sites.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in customers' homes or businesses.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role related to appliance repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems and refrigeration units.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to operate field service equipment safely and efficiently.
- Experience with delivery driving is a plus; must have a valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with assembling appliances is preferred.
