Do you have a passion for fishing boats, marine recreation, and powersports? We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join our sales team—no prior sales experience required!
As a Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our customer experience, helping connect boating and powersports enthusiasts with the boats and machines that fuel their lifestyle. Your understanding of marine products, fishing boats, and both on-road and off-road powersports will make you a trusted resource for customers, even if you're new to retail or dealership sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Share your knowledge of fishing boats, marine, and powersports products (including ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and personal watercraft)
- Provide accurate product information to help customers make informed decisions
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom
- Participate in training and stay up to date with new models, tech, and industry trends
- Assist with test rides, product walkarounds, and promotional events as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Well-versed in fishing boats, marine equipment, and on/off-road powersports
- Comfortable talking with people and sharing product knowledge
- Willing to learn sales techniques and dealership processes
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to help customers
Bonus Points (Not Required):
- Experience working in a marina, dealership, or powersports setting
- Familiarity with product lines such as Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Polaris, Honda, Crestliner, Mercury, or similar
- Personal passion for boating, fishing, or riding
