Job Description
KAG is offering a Operations Support - Management Development program to college graduates who have interest in a building career in operations support. This program was created to mold and develop the future leaders of our company. You will spend 6 months in a rotational program learning all aspects of KAG. This opportunity will teach you all of the skills of leadership, operations support and how our terminals are run. You will be rotated across various departments, travel to 2 of our terminals, participate in classroom courses, and be exposed to networking opportunities to prepare you for a career of advancement within the company.

Skills/Qualifications
Required
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Have an active driver's license
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to interact effectively
- Proficient in Word and Excel and PowerPoint
- A degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related major.
- A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities
- Willingness to travel during the program
- Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program
- Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams
