Job Description:
KAG is offering a Field Operations - Management Development program to college graduates who have interest in a building career in the operations field. This program was created to mold and develop the future leaders of our company. You will spend 6 months in a rotational program learning all aspects of KAG across the country. The program includes various professional development experiences and on-the-job training during each assignment. You will be rotated across various terminal locations, participate in classroom courses, learn about operations support and be exposed to networking opportunities to prepare you for a career of advancement within the company.

- Adapt and respond quickly to new challenges and business environments
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Remain open to a variety of assignments in a fast-paced industry
- Move comfortably to a new area and assimilate quickly
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications
Required
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Have an active driver's license
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to interact effectively
- Proficient in Word and Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
- A Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or other related major
- A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities
- Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program
- Willingness to travel during the program
- Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams
