What will you do?
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Manager is responsible for all internal and external sales activities related to all Titan Post Drivers https://www.titanpostdrivers.com/ product categories with emphasis on growth and profitability throughout the company’s footprint
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop a territory business plan to target key clients in the Region which includes Forecasting on a short-, mid-, and long-term basis
- Focus on recruiting new customers and dealers while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
- Promote the brand image and marketing programs.
- Utilize digital tools and resources to drive sales.
- Maintain fiscal responsibility by operating within assigned budget.
- Submit all reports and complete all tasks in a timely manner.
- Attend and participate in Regional Sales Meetings and other Company functions.
- Maintain appearance of Company vehicle and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned Accountable for creation and delivery of annual sales plan
- Responsible for achieving market share growth.
- Use a pro-active sales approach to obtain further growth
- Strategically engage and build strong relationships with end users.
- Deliver end-user sales presentations when required
- Administer and facilitate dealer sales representative recruitment process.
- Attend trade shows and other marketing / networking opportunities as identified
- Manage and facilitate bid/quote response process with all accounts
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree desired, with accumulated years of experience taken into consideration.
- Experience within the distribution industry is preferred.
- Track record of successful sales results and territory growth.
- Valid driving license and clean driving record.
- Ability to train, lead, and properly manage an inside sales team
- Excellent interpersonal skills-verbal and written communication.
- Ability to forge long term relationships.
- Ability to sell a technical product.
- Technical skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong Excel experience
RELATIONSHIPS & CONTACTS:
- Build strong relationships with end-user customers.
- Work closely with Operations Leadership, Customer Sales and Support, Internal and External Sales team members, and Marketing.
