The Sales Manager is responsible for all internal and external sales activities related to all Titan Post Drivers https://www.titanpostdrivers.com/ product categories with emphasis on growth and profitability throughout the company’s footprint.

- Develop a territory business plan to target key clients in the Region which includes Forecasting on a short, mid, and longterm basis
- Focus on recruiting new customers and dealers while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
- Promote the brand image and marketing programs.
- Utilize digital tools and resources to drive sales.
- Maintain fiscal responsibility by operating within assigned budget.
- Submit all reports and complete all tasks in a timely manner.
- Attend and participate in Regional Sales Meetings and other Company functions.
- Maintain appearance of Company vehicle and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned Accountable for creation and delivery of annual sales plan
- Responsible for achieving market share growth.
- Use a proactive sales approach to obtain further growth
- Strategically engage and build strong relationships with end users.
- Deliver enduser sales presentations when required
- Administer and facilitate dealer sales representative recruitment process.
- Attend trade shows and other marketing / networking opportunities as identified
- Manage and facilitate bid/quote response process with all accounts
Salary : $70,000 - $78,000
