Essential Responsibilities

• Carefully check the quality of all products to ensure that they meet quality standards before being placed in the cooler.

• Receive in product.  
• Verify quantity and quality.

• Safely move finished product into the cooler as quickly as possible to maintain maximum freshness of the product. 
• Unpacking, counting, sorting and putting away incoming orders

• While roses are being prepared daily, make sure rose quality is up to company standards.

• Places items in proper slots in the warehouse
• Rotates produce.
• Assists in warehouse maintenance
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in Cooler/Warehouse environment
• Attention to detail 
• Ability to work with others
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to learn quickly and retain new information
• Flexible Schedule
• Able to lift 40 pounds without restrictions
