">As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for representing Kendal Floral at Costco stores. This involves:

- Managing inventory levels, performing daily counts and accurately tracking stock levels. ">
- Maintaining cooler merchandising standards based on product schematics. ">
- Conducting daily inspections of product, maintaining quality requirements. ">
- Providing exceptional customer service to Costco members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner. ">
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the Costco team, promoting collaboration and open communication. ">
Essential Skills
">- ">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ">
- A strong work ethic and ability to multitask. ">
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a sales or merchandising role is highly desirable. ">
Additional Requirements

- Able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and pull rolling racks with product up to 50 pounds. ">
- Pass a 7-year background check. ">
- Available to work all holiday promotional periods. ">
Compensation and Benefits
">The hourly rate for this position is $16.00, with a $20 monthly cell phone allowance.
