What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager position at Kendall Auto Group?
Kendall Auto Group has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Manager in Marysville, WA. The successful candidate will support over 300 employees in Washington. This is an in-office position and does not offer remote work. Preference is given to residents of Washington.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of Generalist HR experience required.
- Bachelor's degree with major in HR, Business, Social Science, or equivalent experience.
- Strong grammar, data entry, organization, time management and interpersonal communication skills.
- An ability to accurately process a high volume of detailed information in an environment with frequent interruptions.
- Must have a high level of discretion and maintain confidential information.
DUTIES/ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS:
- Managing the staffing process, working closely with Staffing Specialists.
- Facilitating interview.
- Performing investigations for complaints and conflict resolution.
- Hiring and onboarding tasks and training.
- HRIS data entry and reporting functions including processing employee position and rate changes.
- Developing and implementing training plans to teach supervisors proper methods for conducting items such as interviewing, coaching, counseling, terminations, and job changes.
- Providing human resources information and guidance to employees and supervisors.
- Various additional HR tasks are required.
Pay range for this position is $75,000-$100,000 a year. Work schedule will be Mon-Fri regular business hours.
