This is an entry level position, starting wage is $18.00/hour. This is an opportunity to join an established office team and start growing your career.

Duties will include scanning documents at a high level of proficiency, making sure all files are filed correctly both alphabetically and numerically. High level of organizational skills are required. The successful candidate will be accurate and methodical in handling and processing paperwork, have the ability to stay motivated with repetitive tasks, have the ability to complete work independently with minimal direction, and have a working knowledge of PC operations and applications.
Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone. Must be able to life and move paper files weighing up to 30 pounds.

Requirements:
Accounting experience required – Minimum of one year employment or educational equivalent.
Automobile dealership experience preferred but not required
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills
