Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Prioritize workflow for office staff.
- Assist staff with accounting functions and coach if needed.
- Supervise file organization.
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Perform and supervise bookkeeping functions, A/R and A/P functions, GL entries, deposits and receipts, DMV documents.
- Reconcile accounting schedules, make account adjustments, and resolve credit issues.
- Review finance contracts for proper submission.
- Maintain petty cash and check approval.
- Other accounting functions and general office duties The required schedule for the position is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.

Requirements:- Accounting experience required; accounting education preferred
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate user of Excel
- Ability to ten-key by touch
- Strong organizational skills is a must
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail an accuracy
- Intermediate accounting knowledge
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines
