Duties

- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to manage financial transactions.
- Provide support as a personal assistant to senior management, coordinating schedules and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
- Facilitate communication between departments to promote collaboration and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and computer systems.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
