- Proven Experience: At least 2 years in the skilled nursing industry as a Clinical Liaison or Director of Marketing, with a documented track record of increasing census.

- Clinical Knowledge: Experience reviewing referrals to ensure patients’ clinical, equipment, and medication needs can be met.
