Job Description
We are currently seeking an Operations Analyst to analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance productivity across our contract project organization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze & Improve Processes: Identify inefficiencies, conduct assessments, and optimize workflows.
- Lead Continuous Improvement: Implement data-driven strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams, facilitate workshops, and communicate changes effectively.
- Develop Documentation & Reporting: Maintain SOPs, process maps, and performance reports to track key metrics.
- Monitor Performance: Ensure teams meet KPIs, financial targets, and deliver superior service.
- Drive Change & Training: Support system deployments, conduct training sessions, and facilitate organizational improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in Commercial Construction (Operations, Business, or Project Management).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in business software applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
- Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and driving measurable improvements.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel.

Hours: Standard business hours are 8am-5pm
Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 DOE incentive bonus
