We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This middle-office role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in portfolio management and operational processes within a subordinated debt fund, working closely with both investment and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management
- Manage the portfolio reporting process, including tracking receipt of monthly financials, annual budgets, and audits from portfolio companies
- Conduct financial spreading and analysis of portfolio company performance
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for financial reporting workflows
- Maintain and update internal databases and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
Operational Support
- Provide cross-functional support to the accounting team, including gathering and organizing data for compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support marketing initiatives through preparation of deal announcements, content creation, website updates, and email campaigns
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, research, and special projects as requested by senior team members
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in either financial services / accounting OR data management / analytics
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
