Qualified Candidates must be rising juniors, seniors, or 2025 graduates of an accredited college or university within the past 12 months. You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Candidates must be able to work either June 2nd to August 8th or June 23rd to August 29th. For Summer 2025, our program will be hybrid from our downtown San Francisco office. Interns will come into the San Francisco office weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and work from home every Monday and Friday. Brand Operations Internship Summer 2025 SUMMARY The Brand Operations intern will be fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of the Brand Operations and the Global Brand teams. In addition, you will be responsible for leading an individual project that will be presented to Senior Brand leadership at the end of the summer. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Brand Operations Projects End-to-End to ensure milestone timelines are met
- Deep dive into current processes & outstanding operational needs to recommend process improvement opportunities
- Support the Management of Product Lifecyle Processes for Fenty Beauty
- Work closely with cross functional teams, including Global Brand, Sales, Supply Planning, and Finance to ensure processes fit the needs of all teams
- Work closely with global brand to drive strategic decisions that align to profitability goals REQUIREMENTS
- Rising juniors, seniors or class of 2025 graduates, preferably majoring in business, merchandising, or similar major.
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task with excellent follow-through and task completion is critical
- Strong qualitative and analytical skills
- Optimistic and can-do attitude to help push for resolutions
- Creative problem solver with a sense of curiosity; able to work independently to produce quality results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint
