Qualified Candidates must be rising juniors, seniors, or 2025 graduates of an accredited college or university within the past 12 months. You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Candidates must be able to work either June 2nd to August 8th or June 23rd to August 29th. For Summer 2025, our program will be hybrid from our downtown San Francisco office. Interns will come into the San Francisco office weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and work from home every Monday and Friday. Field Operations Internship Summer 2025 SUMMARY The Field Operations Intern will be fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of the Field Operations and Retail Events team. You will coordinate resources, support operational processes, and lead individual projects to be presented to leadership at the end of the summer. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Modernize operational processes for the North America Field Team
- Provide administrative support : calendars, recaps, content uploads, and meeting scheduling
- Update, clean, and maintain the field team app, digital databases, and product platforms
- Support data analysis and recap creation
- Manage physical storage of products, samples, tools, and training materials
- Prepare shipments and process manual orders
- Plan and maintain departmental calendars
- Document standard operating procedures and update guidebooks REQUIREMENTS
- Rising junior, senior, or class of 2025 preferably with a major in Retail, Sales, Beauty, Events, or Marketing
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Solutions, customer service, and results-oriented
- Optimistic and can-do attitude to help push for resolutions
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Creative problem solver with a sense of curiosity; able to work independently to produce quality results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
