Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Director to lead our commercial efforts in the United States. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and leading the commercial team to deliver outstanding results in a competitive and dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify market opportunities and establish short- and long-term business objectives.
Sales and Client Management:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee key account management and ensure client satisfaction.
Market Development:
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to position Kendu Retail as a leading partner in visual communication solutions.
Operational Oversight:
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with the global team to ensure alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably in the retail, visual merchandising, or design industries.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing client portfolios.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
