About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Kenect, a leader in business texting solutions. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers’ success from day one. You’ll serve as the dedicated expert guiding customers through account setup and training, ensuring they’re empowered to maximize the value of our platform with early adoption. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing multiple projects seamlessly, and being a proactive communicator. You’ll be at the forefront of helping customers hit the ground running with confidence.
What You Will Be Doing
- Virtually conduct meetings with stakeholders to guide them through account configuration and provide comprehensive training.
- Assist customers in achieving compliance with 10DLC text messaging requirements.
- Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, ensuring progress is tracked and key assignments are delivered on time.
- Troubleshoot potential issues and proactively provide solutions to maintain customer success and momentum.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, with clear, professional, and proactive communication.
- Document all customer interactions and activities in the CRM for accurate progress tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to address high-priority and time-sensitive matters effectively.
- Deliver an exceptional first impression to establish a strong foundation for a lasting customer relationship.
Skills & Qualification
- 1 year of experience in customer onboarding or customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple meetings and communication channels simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Expertise in professionally navigating and resolving customer conflicts with empathy and tact.
