Role Description
A successful candidate will have experience in restaurants or similar fast paced and customer focused environment. We are willing to train a dedicated individual who is looking to take the next step in their hospitality career.
On the General Managers nights off the Assistant Manager will be the leader of the dinner service staff; making sure that all guests are satisfied, all stations and staff are working smoothly, ensuring the restaurant has a successful night of service. You will be a problem solver, a guest entertainer, and a hard working role model for the staff.
On the nights the General Manager is working, there will be work on behind the scenes projects that go to running a successful restaurant; for example: executing marketing ideas, planning staff training, preparing sales reports and keeping our online presence up to date.
A component of the job will also be working FOH positions on busy weekend evenings.

Salary : $35 - $45
