But today, the technology which powers them - is broken. The existing suite of software is clunky, difficult to use, faces regular outages, and offers poor support.

Bookee is the most complete software for fitness & wellness businesses. We bring together scheduling, memberships, payments, marketing, payroll - everything on one platform and automate it. Our goal is to replace ten different tools they use today with one almighty.

So that they can focus on what they love - making people healthy and happy .

Roles and Responsibilities

  • You're not afraid to cold call or strike up a conversation with someone you just met. You are always coming up with ways to think outside the box whether it's crafting a rockin' pitch deck, putting together a convincing email proposal, or getting creative to get someone's attention!
  • Our Partnerships team is the key to Bookee's success. We wouldn't exist without our amazing fitness and wellness partners. In this role, you will be identifying potential businesses to work with, pitching them, and building long-lasting relationships with owners, managers, and staff in creative and fun ways!
  • As the Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will educate our prospective customers on how Bookee can be their one-stop shop to help grow their business so they can spend more time with their clients! This is an inside sales role with a mix of inbound and outbound leads to book meetings with your prospective customers for our Account Executives. Your quota is based on qualified opportunities produced from your booked meetings.
  • If you are driven by money, goals, empowering small businesses, etc., and enjoy speaking with people, this is a great role for you!
  • You will : - Drive lead generation activities for the sales team by generating qualified opportunities.Engage prospective customers via cold calls / emails, with some warm calls / emailsIdentify influencers and decision-makers in an organizationManage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM (Hubspot)Consistently achieve outbound prospecting objectives and key performance indicators as defined for the role

Requirements

  • 1 years of sales outbound cold-calling experience (or other qualified sales experience)Strong work ethic and eagerness to learnExcellent written and verbal communication skills; organized and detail-orientedHaving sold products in the SMS / Mid-Market market would be a plusPassion, enthusiasm, humor, and the ability to convey this through phone and emailYou have used CRM for email marketing in the past and are capable of maintaining internal CRMs and using them for reportingYou want to be a part of a fast-growing start-upYou don't need to be pushed to get results, you're self-motivatedYou thrive under pressure
