**$5,000 Sign-on Bonus**
Kennebec Behavioral Health, established in 1960 and named one of the Best Places to Work for the last 4 consecutive years, is currently seeking a full-time Access Center Clinician to be a part of the CCBHC program in our Augusta location. This is a professional clinical position that enhances access and continuity of care through the provision of mental health services to clients by focusing on conducting clinical holistic intakes for programs with capacity that align with patient needs. The Access Center Clinician will provide screening to clients with co-occurring substance abuse conditions within the clinician’s scope of practice, and will facilitate the initial treatment phase, intended to enhance positive treatment outcomes.
The primary role of the Clinician of the Access Center will consist of completing clinically accurate intake evaluations, providing clinically appropriate psychosocial therapy , and documenting client care as evidenced by accurate medical records in accordance with KBH guidelines. The Clinician will also participate in team leadership roles by participating in Access Center team specialist group supervision and in engaging in peer review of other clinical records,
Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work or related mental health field. Licensure as a LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, OR MLFT. KBH will consider conditional licensed individuals.
