You can look to us for: prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, compounded medications, specialty medications, durable medical equipment, complex rehabilitation equipment, home infusion therapy, respiratory therapy, men's and women's health services, and more. We are currently looking to hire a pharmacist to work with our Home Infusion Team.

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday; 8am to 5pm. We are looking for a candidate to work at our Brunswick location.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level detail-oriented and customer-focused Correspondence Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing all incoming correspondence and providing vital support to our internal teams.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints regarding bill payments, account updates, service issues, and collections in a professional manner.
- Handling all phases of customer inquiries received via phone or written correspondence.
- Ensuring that payer and third-party company addresses are updated and accurate
- Develop and sustain positive relationships through regular communication and follow-up with both internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of billing and collections processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
