Scope of Work:
The Incumbent is responsible for processing loan payments and disbursements, as well as, setting up new/renewed loan types. They also handle payoff quotes, loan maintenance and customer inquiries.
Essential Functions (3):
Processes all types of loan payments and disbursements including special handled accounts and processes loan maintenance on existing accounts
Set up of all types of new and renewal loans on the core system
Prepares and processes payoffs; responds to customer and branch inquiries

Desired Job Experience:
2 years of Loan Servicing related experience
Experience in a professional, service focused and fast-paced environment
Desired Education:
High school or General Education Diploma

Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer and other office equipment
Lifting and moving of moderately heavy objects on occasion
