Position : Executive Clinical Director

As the Executive Clinical Director of Dashi Rivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, you will provide leadership and oversight for the clinical operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services centered around the needs of our clients and their families. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing clinical programs, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will make a significant impact in the field of applied behavior analysis and contribute to the betterment of the organization and the lives of those you serve.

Essential Functions :
- Advocate for clients and ensure they receive appropriate services and accommodations at DRAC and various settings, such as schools or healthcare facilities.
- Exhibits a strong sense of understanding and actively embodies the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Dashi Rivers Autism Care through consistent behaviors, practices, and decision-making.
- Adhere to the ethical standards and guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) to ensure professional and ethical behavior.
- To stay current in applied behavior analysis, engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops, conferences, and continuing education.
- Provide services within the certification or license (BCBA) scope as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Initial Assessment
Responsible for supporting, organizing, and conducting timely client assessments.Oversee the assessment and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring the development of individualized treatment plans.Lead Clinical Growth
Spearhead in-home services focus for Dashi Rivers.Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), registered behavior technicians (RBTs), and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for center-based, home-based, and community services.Lead and assist with ongoing training of staff, including clinical and support staff, to ensure they are competent and up to date with best practices.Represent the clinic in the community and participate in outreach activities, workshops, and training events to educate the public about ABA therapy and promote awareness of autism and developmental disabilities.Clinical Supervision
Ensuring that all BCBAs are effectively managing and caring for 6-10 clients.Supervision, mentoring, and ongoing training to clinical staff, including BTs, RBTs, and BCBAs.Conduct regular clinical reviews, provide feedback to staff, and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services.Analyze client progress data, monitor staff documentation and treatment outcomes, and prepare reports on client progress for internal review and external stakeholders as needed.Offer support to clients, families, and staff regarding clinical matters.Ensuring staff maintain their credentialing.Support BCBAs in client activities, and family guidance on an as needed basis.Conduct peer reviews with BCBAs.Core Clinical Processes
Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical guidelines governing the provision of ABA therapy services.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting, including adherence to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) ethical guidelines and reporting as licensing bodies require.Perform internal case reviews to ensure compliance with local insurance plan requirements.Maintain and communicate client handbook to both staff and families we serve.Program Development
Develop and implement comprehensive center-based and in-home ABA therapy programs tailored to the needs of individual clients in collaboration with the treatment team.Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop materials and provide training and support in implementing in-home behavior management techniques and strategies.Collaborate with others to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care. This may include educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and others.Identify and develop resources for caregivers and members of treatment teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, medical professionals, childcare providers, etc., to coordinate care and address clients' needs comprehensively.Participate in the recruitment, selection, and orientation of clinical staff.L / M / A : Leadership Management = Accountability

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements :
Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, or a related field4 years experience as a practicing BCBA3 years of experience leading clinical ABA teams in clinic, community, and / or in-home settings.Satisfactory completion of pre-employment requirements including, but not limited to, criminal background, motor vehicle report, and reference checks.CPR CertificationActive Behavior Analyst License (Michigan)Active BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst CertificationCompleted BACB 8-hour Supervision TrainingAdherence to the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts, which outlines the ethical standards and guidelines that BCBA professionals must follow.BCBA-certified individuals may also supervise the work of individuals pursuing their certification as Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).Physical Requirements :
The role may require frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and the ability to move quickly and easily to meet the needs of clients in various environments.Occasional lifting (25 pounds) and physical assistance may be necessary, especially when providing support to clients with mobility challenges.
